Subject to the provisions of AgriMedia’s subscription contract or any other written agreement between the customer and AgriMedia Ltd. the following arrangements apply:

1. This web portal is a joint venture between AgriMedia Ltd. and Animal & Plant Health New Zealand. Access to this web portal is restricted to those companies and individuals who are members of Animal & Plant Health New Zealand or have written permission from Animal & Plant Health New Zealand or AgriMedia to access the site and who have paid the joining fee for the service and the current annual subscription fee.
2. Payment of the annual subscription fee is payable to AgriMedia Ltd. no later than the 20th of the month following invoice. All payments will be made without deduction.
3. AgriMedia has compiled information provided on this portal at www.novachemsds.co.nz from internal and external sources. No representation is made or warranty given in relation to the availability, completeness or correctness of the information on the Website and where links/references are provided to third party websites, the availability, completeness or correctness of such third party websites. AgriMedia does not guarantee that there will be uninterrupted or error free access to the Web Portal and that the Web Portal and any content available for downloading will be error free or free from viruses, faults or defects. You agree to access and use the Website and its content at your own risk. AgriMedia shall not be held liable for damage or injury resulting from the availability or use of the Web Portal or from the fact that you or any third party have relied on information given on this Web Portal.
